光秃秃的荒山流出金灿灿的柴油,种不出粮食的山地“长”出汽车的燃料。这不是梦想,云南省正在把“种”柴油计划变成现实。在云南省楚雄彝族自治州双柏县,一座生物柴油粗加工厂正在城郊的一处山坡上拔地而起。云南神宇新能源开发有限公司总经理苟平说,目前,这座生物柴油粗加工厂已经全面进入主体工程建设阶段,预计年底前就可以完成生产设备安装调试并正式投入生产,产出第1批柴油。
