[目的]采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)结合SIM(选择离子扫描)模式对杀虫剂产品中违禁添加菊酯类隐性成分进行定性定量分析。[方法]样品用Florisil固相萃取小柱进行固相萃取处理,用HP-5MS毛细管气相色谱柱、电子轰击(EI)电离方式,对杀虫剂产品中违禁添加菊酯类隐性成分进行测定,并且取得良好的结果。[结果]该方法样品平均加标回收率为92.3%~120.8%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~8.9%;菊酯类农药检出限为0.008~0.048 mg/L。[结论]该方法步骤简单,消耗费用低,净化效果好,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重现性。
[Objective] The purpose of the research was to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the insecticide products with the addition of pyrethrins by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and SIM (selective ion scan) mode. [Method] The sample was subjected to solid-phase extraction with Florisil solid-phase extraction cartridges. The insecticidal products were banned with the addition of pyrethroid components by HP-5MS capillary gas chromatography and electron impact ionization (EI) , And achieved good results. [Result] The average recovery of this method was 92.3% ~ 120.8% with relative standard deviation of 1.4% ~ 8.9%. The detection limit of pyrethroid pesticides was 0.008 ~ 0.048 mg / L. [Conclusion] The method has the advantages of simple steps, low consumption cost, good purification effect, good sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility.
