原发性CD30+间变大细胞淋巴瘤(CD30positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma,ALCL)是一种少见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,主要发生于淋巴结和结外的皮肤及皮下组织。我科收治1例临床罕见的以皮肤结节及溃疡为表现的面部原发性CD30+间变大细胞淋巴瘤,现报告如下。临床资料患者,女,74岁。主因右侧面部反复出现结节、溃疡,伴轻度疼痛4个月,于2011年5月就诊。患
Primary CD30 + large cell lymphoma (CD30 +) is a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that occurs mainly in the lymph nodes and extranodal skin and subcutaneous tissue. Our department admitted a case of clinical rare skin nodules and ulcers for the performance of facial primary CD30 mesenchymal lymphoma, are as follows. Clinical data, female, 74 years old.
