选取符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的60例住院抑郁症患者,探讨影响抑郁症患者自我概念的因素。结果显示:患者的年龄与自我行动因子呈显著负相关,患者病程与生理自我、自我满意因子存在显著负相关,病程越长,患者对其身体、健康状态、身体外貌、技能和性方面的感受越差,对自己现况的满意或接纳程度越低。 Sixty inpatients with in-hospital depression who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅳ were selected to explore the factors influencing self-concept of depression. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the patient’s age and the self-action factor. The patient’s disease duration was significantly negatively correlated with the physiological self and self-satisfaction factor. The longer the duration was, the more the patients felt about their health, physical appearance, skills and sexuality The worse you are, the less you are satisfied or receptive to your current situation.
