当前,矿物原料中所含的有用组份,如果不是全部的话,至少也是大部分在技术上是可以回收的。因此,开展原料综合利用的基本要求,应当认为是确保其经济效益。在这种情况下,正确评价效益本身,并在经济上确定回收组份的合理范围,是非常重要的。但是,确定原料综合利用经济效益这个问题,尚未得到科学上和实践上的最终解决。在推行这个方针的一些部门内,至今还没有一个被审定的或公认的方法,从而导致在解决原料综合利用问题时的狭隘部门态度和种种困难。
At present, most, if not all, of the useful components contained in mineral raw materials are technically recyclable. Therefore, to carry out the basic requirements for comprehensive utilization of raw materials should be considered to ensure its economic efficiency. Under such circumstances, it is very important to correctly evaluate the benefits themselves and to determine the reasonable range of the recovered components economically. However, the issue of determining the economic benefits of comprehensive utilization of raw materials has not yet been finally resolved scientifically and practically. In some departments implementing this guideline, there is still no validated or accepted method so far, resulting in a narrow sector attitude and difficulties in solving the problem of comprehensive utilization of raw materials.
