民族自决权是国际法上的基本原则之一。在本文中涉及到了关于这个原则和我国的民族区域自治制度。首先阐述了民族自决权这个原则的概念以及发展历程,进而了解民族自决原则;之后介绍我国的民族区域自治制度的一些历史背景以及存在的必要性;然后又对两者的关系进行了分析评价,来阐述我国现在的民族区域自治制度存在的必要性。我国实行的这一制度可以说是民族自决权这一个基本原则在我国的体现,这实际上是在国际法领域对这个原则的发展,也是一种新的突破,是符合我国现在的国情。
The right of peoples to self-determination is one of the basic principles in international law. This article deals with this principle and the system of ethnic regional autonomy in our country. First of all, it elaborates the concept of the principle of national self-determination and its development process, and then understands the principle of national self-determination. Then it introduces some historical background and necessity of our country’s regional autonomy system. Then it analyzes and evaluates the relationship between them, To elaborate the necessity of the existence of the system of ethnic regional autonomy in our country. This system practiced in our country can be said that the basic principle of national self-determination is reflected in our country. This is actually a development of this principle and a new breakthrough in the field of international law, and it is in keeping with our present national conditions.
