水痘(varicella,chickenpox)是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒所引起的一种传染性很强的出疹性疾病,可通过飞沫和直接接触及被污染的用具传播,常以斑疹、丘疹、疱疹及痂疹为主要表现,病初可有发热、咳嗽等类似呼吸道感染症状。现将我院感染科2007-2010年共收治7例在基层乡镇卫生院和个体诊所应用糖皮质激素致水痘重症化患者报告如下。
