本文报道1989年1月至10月应用国产ESWL—Ⅱ/ZM型体外冲击波碎石机原位治疗输尿管结石127例。其中输尿管上段结石69例,中段结石13例,下段结石45例,全部成功,效果满意。碎石治疗前、后未作其它泌尿外科辅助治疗。认为选择适当的碎石机型可以提高碎石成功率。输尿管结石原位体外冲击波碎石疗效满意,应作为首选治疗方法。较小结石也应早期治疗。对俯卧位治疗输尿管结石的优点和可能发生的并发症进行了讨论。
This article reports from January 1989 to October application of domestic ESWL-Ⅱ / ZM extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi in 127 cases. The upper ureteral calculi in 69 cases, 13 cases of stones in the middle, lower 45 cases of stones, all successful, with satisfactory results. Before and after gravel treatment, no other urology adjuvant therapy. That the choice of appropriate gravel model can improve the success rate of gravel. Ureteral calculi in situ external shock wave lithotripsy satisfactory results should be used as the preferred treatment. Small stones should also be treated early. The advantages and possible complications of ureteral calculi in prone position are discussed.
