应用9370MHz微波脉冲式辐射豚鼠耳区,两组动物的辐射剂量分别为892、4331mW/cm2,观察耳蜗血管纹的Na+—K+—ATP酶的活性变化,并与正常组动物对照比较。经医学图像分析仪对所摄底片血管纹辉度进行定量分析,结果表明:正常对照组Na+—K+—ATP酶的均值与标准差为59.19±3.90;892mW/cm2组为61.58±5.26;4331mW/cm2组为27.04±2.05。前两组比较并无显著性差异(P>0.05),而4331mW/cm2组与对照组及892mW/cm2组之间的差异均显著(P<0.01)。提示892mW/cm2的辐射强度为安全剂量;4331mW/cm2强度为有害剂量,可在损害内耳结构的同时抑制细胞内Na+—K+—ATP酶的活性。
Radiation dose of 9370MHz microwave irradiation in guinea pigs was used. The radiation doses of the two groups of animals were 892,4331mW / cm2. The activity changes of Na + -K + -ATPase in the stria vascularis were observed and compared with that of normal animals. The results of the quantitative analysis of the brightness of the blood vessels of the film taken by the medical image analyzer showed that the mean and standard deviation of Na + -K + -ATPase in the normal control group were 59.19 ± 3.90 and 61 in the 892mW / cm2 group. 58 ± 5.26; 4331 mW / cm2 group was 27.04 ± 2.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), while the difference between 4331mW / cm2 group and control group and 892mW / cm2 group was significant (P <0.01). Suggesting that the radiation intensity of 892mW / cm2 is a safe dose; 4331mW / cm2 intensity is a harmful dose, which can inhibit the activity of Na + -K + -ATPase in the inner ear while damaging the inner ear structure.
