班集体是组成学校的基本单位,也是学校进行教育教学工作的基本单位。一个良好的班集体是学生健康成长的摇篮,更是提升学生成绩,发展学生情感,让学生健康成长的重要前提。大凡一个优秀成功的学校,必然注重班集体建设。那么,如何强化班集体建设,为学生的健康成长创设一个良好的氛围,从而使学生在这样的环境中既获得知识水平的提升,更为学生的情感、心理发展奠定良好的基础?本文结合笔者多年工作实践,略谈粗浅看法。
Class collective is the basic unit of the school, but also the basic unit of education and teaching work in schools. A good class collective is the cradle of students ’healthy growth. It is also an important prerequisite to enhance student achievement, develop students’ emotions, and enable students to grow healthily. Almost an outstanding success of the school, inevitably focus on class collective construction. So, how to strengthen class collective construction and create a good atmosphere for the healthy growth of students, so that students can not only obtain the knowledge level in such an environment, but also lay a good foundation for the students’ emotional and psychological development. Years of work practice, a brief talk about the superficial view.
