我们还刚刚站在这一变革的门口,大门里面有什么,我们并不完全清楚。随着SNS、微博、社区等Web2.0应用的兴起,社会化服务已经越来越深入我们的互联网应用习惯。正是因为如此,基于社会化服务的营销活动从2010年开始被越来越多的企业重点关注,而社会化服务平台也借此开始大规模造势,甚至有网站打出了“要做中国的社会化媒体营销第一平台”的口号。
