各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局,中国人民银行上海总部,各分行、营业管理部,各省会(首府)城市中心支行、深圳市中心支行,各银监局,国有商业银行、股份制商业银行、中国邮政储蓄银行:为贯彻落实国务院新修订的《对储蓄存款利息所得征收个人所得税的实施办法》(国务院令第502号),做好储蓄存款利息所得个人所得税税率调减后的扣缴申报工作,现将有关事项通知如下:
