近年来,为从源头上改善军队兵员结构,提高军队战斗力,我国兵役制度进行了大幅调整改革,大学生逐渐成为士兵队伍的主体。他们的到来,优化了部队的兵员素质和知识结构,为加速我军的现代化进程提供了坚实的高素质人才支撑和智力保障,但也给部队管理教育带来很多新情况、新问题,需要我们有针对性地教育管理好大学生士兵,使他们尽快完成从一名大学生到军人的角色转换,避免出现角色冲突、角色不清、角色中断甚至角色失败的问题。本文从社会学角色扮演理论视角出发,结合部队兵员管理工作实际,对大学生士兵群体角色转换问题及原因进行深入分析,提出了大学生士兵管理教育的对策。
In recent years, in order to improve the structure of military personnel at the source and improve the combat effectiveness of the army, the military service system in our country has undergone drastic adjustments and reforms. Graduates have gradually become the mainstay of the ranks of soldiers. Their arrival has optimized the troop quality and knowledge structure of the armed forces and has provided a solid high-quality personnel support and intellectual security for accelerating the military’s modernization. However, it has also brought many new conditions and new problems to the force management education and needs us We should educate and manage the university student soldiers in a targeted manner so that they can complete the role transition from a college student to a soldier as soon as possible to avoid the problems of conflict of roles, unclear roles, interruption of roles, and failure of roles. This article from the perspective of sociological role-playing theory, combined with the actual troop management, the role of college students and the reasons for the conversion of soldiers in-depth analysis of the proposed college student management education.
