谷子是我市主要粮食作物,白发病发病率高达10—15%,对产量影响太大。我们进行了乙磷铝拌种试验,效果较好。1980年4月,我们用上海农药厂产的40%乙磷铝粉剂,在花盆中进行不同剂量试验,证明0.3%以下对谷子无药害。1981年4月20日,我们在赵家小村公社辛宅大队进行乙磷铝拌种浓度试验,品种为毛谷2号,用药量分别为种子量的0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%。以不拌种为对照,共5个处理,小区面积0.2亩。7月21日调查防治效果,以药量为种子量的0.2—0.3%的效果最好,防效达80—86.7%。同时还在15个生产队进行大面积示范,共380亩。品种有大同白谷5号、大同黄谷 Millet is the city’s main food crops, the incidence of white hair as high as 10-15%, the impact on yield is too large.
