本文论述了快速取样系统的研制,用来对小客车非直接喷射柴油机的燃烧过程进行全气缸取样研究。取样装置中用雷管爆炸推动切割器,可在预先规定的不同时刻,切开封住燃烧室的铝质膜片,于是气缸内的充量迅速从燃烧室流入取样袋。这个取样系统可测定不同曲轴转角位置下气缸内NO_x的浓度,喷油定时以及废气再循环对燃烧过程中NO_x浓度的变化历程的影响。文章还对快速全缸取样试验作了研究。
This paper discusses the development of a rapid sampling system for the full cylinder sampling of the combustion process of a non-direct injection diesel passenger car. Sampling device with a detonator explosion to promote the cutter, at different times in advance, cut open the aluminum diaphragm sealing the combustion chamber, so the rapid charge from the cylinder into the sampling bag bag. This sampling system determines the effect of NOx concentration in the cylinder, fuel injection timing, and exhaust gas recirculation on the evolution of NOx concentration during combustion at different crank angle positions. The article also made a study on the fast full cylinder sampling test.
