为了使計划生育工作更好的深入群众,我院1965年上半年用皮肤撑开方法作220例,随診200例。效果良好,深受群众欢迎,茲将手术方法及几点体会报告如下: 一、手术方法: 1.手术前剃除阴毛,阴囊用肥皂水洗干净。 2.患者取仰臥位术者站在受术者的左側,局部皮肤用2‰新洁而灭消毒3分钟,阴囊下方放一块消毒巾,舖无菌孔巾,用手拇食二指将輸精管推至皮下,中指紧貼食指,托輸精管使之伸直,如术者站在受术者右侧,其手法亦同(图1、2)。
