目的:探讨肛周克罗恩病(PACD)中西医治疗,提高其诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析12例肛周克罗恩病临床资料及治疗方法。结论:肛周克罗恩病与一般的肛周疾病治疗不同,肛周克罗恩病治疗的总原则是要在内科治疗控制炎症的基础上行外科治疗,中西医并用治疗肛周克罗恩病效果满意。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of perianal Crohn ’s disease (PACD) by Chinese and Western medicine to improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 12 cases of perianal Crohn’s disease clinical data and treatment. Conclusion: Perianal Crohn’s disease is different from general perianal disease treatment. The general principle of perianal Crohn’s disease treatment is to perform surgical treatment on the basis of medical treatment and control of inflammation. Satisfactory results are obtained in the treatment of perianal Crohn’s disease with combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
