研究并开发了一种适合小规模间歇式生产含量不低于99%的试剂级正庚烷的工艺,对其核心装置吸附分离的操作条件作了必要的考察.实验结果表明,在气相吸附和升温脱附之间增加中间产物的循环,可使产品中正构烷烃含量进一步提高,达到模拟移动床的高效分离.
A process suitable for small scale batch production of reagent grade n-heptane with no less than 99% content was studied and developed, and the necessary operation conditions of its core equipment adsorption separation were investigated. The experimental results show that the increase of n-alkanes content between the gas phase adsorption and the temperature-programmed desorption can further increase n-alkanes content in the product and achieve high-efficiency separation of the simulated moving bed.
