学生管理,是影响高等职业学校办学质量,制约高等职业教育最为重要的因素。教师必须深入学生,关心学生心理需求;要结合专业性质做好学生管理工作;注重学生的实践锻炼,提高实际操作能力。
Student management is the most important factor that affects the quality of running a higher vocational school and restricts higher vocational education. Teachers must go deep into students and care for students’ psychological needs. Students should combine their professional qualities with students’ management work. They should pay attention to students’ practical exercises and practical skills.
