在桃的生产和流通方面对于桃灰星病的防治是一个很大的课题。最近,东京大学农学部森(山鸟)研究所(室长:森(山鸟)教授)和(株)马基制作所在山梨县一宫农协的协助下进行了共同研究,采用热处理方式防治桃灰星病取得了显著成绩,并对此方法的实用化寄予期望。此法就是将采收后的桃在进行选果前,用50℃的热水浸泡1~2分钟,然后用冷气进行冷却、干燥,大约10分钟。认为,50℃的热水可以杀死灰星病菌,同时高温还可以防止果实后熟。
Prevention and control of Peach’s disease is a big issue in peach production and circulation. Recently, a joint study was conducted with the help of the Kazuya Yonezawa Agricultural Society of Yamanashi Prefecture, a research institute of Mori (Mount Yamano), Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Agriculture, Tokyo University (Director: Moriyama Yamanashi) Peach gray star disease has made remarkable achievements, and put practical expectations on this method. This method is to harvest the peach before the election fruit, soaked with hot water at 50 ℃ for 1 to 2 minutes, then cooled with air conditioning, drying, for about 10 minutes. That hot water at 50 ℃ can kill asteroid bacteria, while high temperatures can prevent fruit ripening.
