实验探索了热带观赏植物大岩桐离体快繁的有效途径,以大岩桐叶片作为外植体,建立再生体系。各阶段的最佳培养基配比结果如下:初代培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;增殖培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L;壮苗培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L;生根培养基:1/2MS,得到的组培苗经炼苗移栽后成活率高达100%。该体系的建立为其规模化生产及遗传改良提供了前提条件。
The experiment explored the effective way of the rapid propagation of the tropical ornamental plant Spartina alterniflora in vitro, and established the regeneration system by using the Sogatella furcifera leaf as the explant. The results of the best culture medium in different stages were as follows: Primary culture medium: MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.5 mg / L; L; seedling medium: MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.8 mg / L; rooting medium: 1 / 2MS, the survival rate of tissue culture seedlings after transplanting up to 100%. The establishment of this system provided the precondition for its large-scale production and genetic improvement.
