本文介绍采用红外摄象微计算机图象法对焊接电弧作用下温度场进行测定,获得直流TTG电弧焊接不锈钢时温度场变化的特征。对Ar+N_2混合气体保护TIG焊接电弧图象进行伪着色处理,获得清晰的电弧内部结构变化特征。实践证明:微计算机图象法研究焊接电弧有许多独到之处,是一般方法无法比拟的。
This article describes the use of infrared camera microcomputer image of the welding arc temperature field was measured to obtain DC TTG arc welding of stainless steel temperature field characteristics. The Ar + N_2 mixed gas protection TIG welding arc image was shaded to obtain a clear arc internal structure change characteristics. Practice has proved that: Micro-computer image method to study the welding arc has many unique features, is unmatched by the general method.
