中国土木工程学会、中国建筑学会一九九八年地方学会工作会议于3月17日至3月20日在广东省珠海市召开。两学会的秘书长、各省、直辖市学会、部分地、市学会及珠海市政府、科协、建委等出席了会议,共六十余人。中国土木工程学会秘书长张朝贵、中国建筑学会秘书长窦以德就当前深化改革的形势,学会如何生存、发展;如何为行业服务;推选资深会员、会员登记;九八年的具体工作计划等方面分别做了讲话。会议进行了资料交流,与会者进行了讨论,普遍认为:学会在于活动,各地方学会应有办公条
The Civil Engineering Society of China and the China Association of Architectural Engineers’ Work Meeting of the Local Society in 1998 was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province from March 17 to March 20. The secretary-general of the two associations, the provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, some cities, municipal associations, the Zhuhai municipal government, the science association, and the construction committee attended the conference, totaling more than 60 people. Zhang Chaogui, Secretary-General of China Society of Civil Engineering, and Dou Yide, Secretary-General of the Chinese Society of Architects, learned how to survive and develop in the current deepening of reforms; how to serve the industry; selection of senior members and membership registration; and specific work plans for 1998, etc. We made a speech separately. The meeting conducted a data exchange and participants discussed it. It is generally believed that: The Institute is an activity, and local associations should have office articles.
