In this study, we detected the micronuclei of human lymphocytes and mouse bone marrow cells in vitro and studied the mutagenic effects of low-dose γ-rays and cigarette. The results showed that the formation of micronuclei in human lymphocytes was significantly induced by cigarette (08-1 / ml) and low dose γ-ray (0.2510Gy) Dose effect; low-dose γ-ray combined with cigarette culture of human lymphocytes, induced micronucleus rate was significantly higher than the control group. In vivo experiments in mice also showed that low-dose γ-rays combined with high concentrations of cigarettes on mouse bone marrow micronucleus significantly induced. The results suggest that low-dose γ-rays combined with cigarettes can enhance the genetic material damage
