我国南方有些铁矿含砷,随着含砷铁矿资源的日益增多,钢中含砷问题已在全国很多钢厂出现。关于含砷钢,国内、外研究的还不很多,特别对钢中砷的存在形态与分布,报导还很少。本文对砷在低、中、高碳钢及高砷纯铁、高砷高碳合金中的分布与存在形态进行了研究。探讨了砷在钢中形成区域偏析、枝晶偏析的趋势;用显微硬度与电子探针等方法,研究了砷在铁素体和碳化物中的分布特点。
Some iron mines in the south of our country contain arsenic. With the increasing resources of arsenic-bearing iron mines, the problem of arsenic in steel has emerged in many mills across the country. As for the arsenic-bearing steel, there are not many studies at home and abroad, especially for the existence and distribution of arsenic in steel, and few reports have been reported. In this paper, the distribution and existing forms of arsenic in low, medium and high carbon steels, high arsenic pure iron and high arsenic high carbon alloys were studied. The tendency of arsenic segregation and dendrite segregation in steel was discussed. The distribution characteristics of arsenic in ferrite and carbide were studied by means of microhardness and electron probe.
