2014年10月20日至23日,中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第四次全体会议在北京举行。出席此次全会的有中央委员199人,候补中央委员164人。全会听取和讨论了习近平受中央政治局委托作的工作报告,审议通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》。习近平就《决定(讨论稿)》向全会作了说明。在党的历史上,这是第一次以“依法治国”为主题召开的中央全会。
From October 20 to 23, 2014, the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing. Attending the plenary session were 199 members of the Central Committee and 164 alternate members of the Central Committee. The plenary session heard and discussed the work report commissioned by the Central Political Bureau of Xi Jinping, examined and approved the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues in Promoting the Rule of Law in All-Round Way. Xi Jinping on the “decision (discussion draft)” to explain to the plenary. In the party’s history, this is the first plenary session to be held on the theme of “governing the country by law”.
