本文研究了滚珠钢(滚铬15)在真空电弧炉重播前后各类非金属夹杂物含量的变化及电流密度、真空度、电极与坩锅截面比等主要工艺因素的影响。熔炼试验是在实验室2.5公斤真空电弧炉设备上进行的,夹杂物分析采用金相方法。为了进一步研究在重熔后钢中夹杂物的变化规律,也对钢锭中夹杂物的分布及熔池深度变化进行了测定。根据试验结果对滚球钢中夹杂物在重熔过程中的去除机理进行了初步的探讨与分析。
In this paper, the content of various non-metallic inclusions in ball-bearing steel (Cr-Cr 15) before and after replay of vacuum electric arc furnace was studied. The influences of current density, vacuum degree, electrode- The melting test was carried out on a laboratory 2.5 kg vacuum electric arc furnace equipment using the metallographic method for inclusion analysis. In order to further study the variation of inclusions in remelted steel, the distribution of inclusions and the depth of molten pool were also measured. According to the experimental results, the removal mechanism of inclusions in the remelting process during the remelting process was preliminarily discussed and analyzed.
