Ediacetylene antitumor antibiotic C1 0 2 7 is one of the most active macromolecular protein antitumor antibiotics reported so far. This article reviews the anti-tumor activity of C1 0 2 7 , the molecular mechanism of action, the relationship between active groups and activity, and the study of high-performance conjugates of C1 0 2 7 with monoclonal antibodies.
