我国托梁拔柱技术的应用,过去一般多局限于混凝土单层排架结构的工业厂房改造,对静定结构与超静定结构,分别考虑内力重分布及转移部分荷载,现多用于框架结构的综合性大厅、综合楼的改造。随着钢结构厂房、钢结构设备平台的推广使用,因生产工艺改造,逐渐在钢结构中使用“托梁拔柱”这一方法,但在使用这一方法时,需根据钢结构的内力分析特点采用,因钢结构抗扭相对较弱、整体稳定性与混凝土结构不同,且恒荷载与活荷载导致的钢柱柱端弯矩调整不同,在设计、施工中,需充分考虑到影响,结合两个工程实例,分析实施的全过程。
