颌面部假性动脉瘤甚为少见,临床上易与动脉性血管瘤相混淆。我科曾收治一例报告如下。 患者男,21岁。主诉:右颊部搏动性包块20余天。患者20多天前被喷砂抢打伤,砂弹从右口角旁打入,潜行前进后停留于右下颌角处皮下。在当地医院手术取出砂弹一粒,三天后自觉右颊部出现一蚕豆大小搏动肿块,并逐日增大,穿刺抽出血液,抽吸后肿块缩小,二天后又复如常,转来我院。 检查:右口角旁2cm处颊部可见一隆起,约 Maxillofacial pseudoaneurysm is very rare, clinically confused with arterial hemangiomas.
