目的转录激活因子3、细胞周期素D1、增殖细胞核抗原在尖锐湿疣中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测了40例尖锐湿疣(CA)组织及25例正常包皮组织中转录激活因子3(Stat 3)、细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)、增殖性细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达。结果 Stat 3试验组阳性35例,阳性率87.5%,对照组显色10例25.0%,χ2=17.23,P<0.05。Cyclin D1试验组阳性34例,阳性率85.0%,对照组阳性9例,为36.0%,χ2=21.01,P<0.05。PCNA阳性35例,阳性率87.5%,对照组阳性14例,56.0%,χ2=11.67,P<0.05。阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义。结论转录激活因子3、细胞周期素D1、增殖细胞核抗原可能促进人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染细胞的增殖参与尖锐湿疣其发病机制。
Objective To investigate the expression of transcriptional activator 3, cyclin D1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen in condyloma acuminatum and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Stat3, Cyclin D1, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 40 cases of CA and 25 cases of normal foreskin. , PCNA) expression. Results The Stat3 test group was positive in 35 cases, the positive rate was 87.5%. The control group was found in 10 cases 25.0%, χ2 = 17.23, P <0.05. Conclusion Activator of transcription 3, cyclin D1 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen may promote the proliferation of human papillomavirus (HPV) -based cells in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum.
