南江县位于四川北缘,巴山腹心,为秦蜀经济、文化纽带,历代统治者曾设州置县。因历史、地势等因素,南江县旧城区街道狭窄,路面凹凸不平,建筑布局错综复杂,房屋低矮破旧,脏、乱、差现象十分突出。自1993年10月建立巴中地区以来,南江县坚持走旧城改造与新城区开发建设相结合的道路,通过全县人民5年奋斗,南江县古城而貌发生
Nanjiang County is located in the northern edge of Sichuan, Bashan heart, as Qin Shu economic and cultural ties, the rulers of the previous governor had set County. Due to historical and topographical factors, the streets in the old city of Nanjiang County are narrow, the road surface is uneven, the layout of buildings is intricate, and the houses are old and dilapidated with dirty, messy and poor appearances.
