Cochrane Collaboration (Cochrane协作网)是一个国际非营利的独立机构,以系统评价报告的方式提供最新的循证医学信息来服务于医疗卫生事业。Meta-Analysis(荟萃分析)是进行系统评价的最基本的统计方法。本文简要介绍了Cochrane Collaboration,系统评价和荟萃分析的基本定义及其在肿瘤循证医学中的应用,并重点综述了近年来Meta-hnalysis对乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠癌、肝癌、胃癌和宫颈癌在病因、筛查和治疗等方面的一些有争议性或新问题研究的进展。
The Cochrane Collaboration is an international not-for-profit, independent body that provides up-to-date evidence-based medical information in the form of systematic reviews of health care services. Meta-Analysis is the most basic statistical method for performing systematic reviews. This article briefly introduces the basic definitions of Cochrane Collaboration, systematic reviews and meta-analyzes and their applications in oncology-based medicine, and reviews recent advances in Meta-hnalysis in breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer and cervical cancer Progress on some controversial or new issues in etiology, screening and treatment.
