用激光控制浇注的优点有二:一是使塞杆与浇包正确的对准砂箱的浇口杯上;二是按照可变的浇注截面,由浇注前预先控制,从而节约金属液。操作时,自动化浇注控制系统,控制了熔融的金属液面和流速。浇注前将浇包调整到适当浇注位置,采用激光控制连续决定选定的上箱和熔融金属液的距离,即激光调整浇包使铁水注入浇口杯的中心。本设备组成的元件是:1)水冷护套的测量传感器;2)插入式的指令软件;3)高灵敏度的伺服电动驱动塞杆和气动辅助装置;4)面向生产线的操作台。(见图)。
The advantages of using laser control pouring are two: First, the correct orientation of the stopper rod and ladle pouring cup on the flask; Second, according to the variable pouring cross-section, pre-pouring from the pre-control to save liquid metal. In operation, the automated pouring control system controls the molten metal level and flow rate. Before pouring, the ladle will be adjusted to the proper pouring position. The laser control determines the distance between the selected upper box and the molten metal liquid, that is, the laser adjusts the ladle to pour the hot metal into the center of the pouring cup. Components of this equipment are: 1) measuring sensor for water-cooled jacket; 2) plug-in instruction software; 3) high-sensitivity servo-electric drive rod and pneumatic aids; and 4) console for production line.
