椎骨骨样骨瘤临床上较少见 ,我院收治 1例 ,经手术病理证实 ,现报告如下。女 ,30岁 ,无明显诱因出现腰骶部疼痛 1年余 ,弯腰明显 ,曾多次到当地医院就诊 ,Ｘ线检查拟 :Ｌ5～Ｓ1小关节病损。临床治疗 (用药不详 )疼痛能缓解 ,但症状易复发。入院检查 :发育正常 ,脊柱及四肢无畸?
The vertebral osteoid osteoma is rarely seen in clinical practice. One case was treated in our hospital. The pathological confirmation was as follows. Female, 30 years old, no obvious cause of lumbosacral pain for more than 1 year, bent down obviously, has repeatedly visited the local hospital, X-ray examination proposed: L5 ~ S1 facet joint lesions. Clinical treatment (drugs are unknown) Pain can be relieved, but the symptoms are easy to relapse. Admission examination: normal development, no distortion of the spine and limbs?
