描述棉籽壳运用高温处理方法,对棉花黄萎病进行热处理技术研究。直接用棉籽壳繁殖棉花黄萎病菌,将带黄萎病菌的棉籽壳进行小规模的高温灭菌处理试验,结果表明,在0.15 MPa的高温蒸汽条件下,15 min内可完全杀灭棉花黄萎病菌。
