教育理念,是教育主体在教育实践活动中形成的对“教育应然”的理性认识和主观要求。它是在对“教育的应然状态”判断的基础上形成的“好教育”的价值取向的观念。校长的教育理念是教育理念的下位概念。透过校长的教育理念可以折射出校长对教育的价值取向以及对具体学校现状、任务、目标和发展愿景的理性判断。因此,校长的教育理念又可以称为办学理念。
The concept of education is a rational understanding and subjective requirement for “education should be” formed by educational subjects in educational practice activities.
