运用丙酮-(NH4)2SO4-H2O双水相萃取法对复杂样品进行预处理,然后用荧光光谱法在521nm处测量有机相的荧光强度,建立一种分离、测定复杂样品中维生素B2的新方法。在最适条件下,该方法的线性范围为2.0×10-7—1.4×10-3mg/mL,检出限为1×10-8mg/mL。该方法具有操作简便,萃取率高,干扰小等特点,可用于复杂样品中维生素B2的分析测定。
A complex sample was pretreated with acetone - (NH4) 2SO4-H2O aqueous two-phase extraction and then the fluorescence intensity of the organic phase was measured at 521 nm by fluorescence spectroscopy to establish a new method for the separation and determination of vitamin B2 in complex samples . Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of this method was 2.0 × 10-7-1.4 × 10-3mg / mL with the detection limit of 1 × 10-8mg / mL. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high extraction rate, small interference and the like, and can be used for the analysis and determination of vitamin B2 in complex samples.
