当前,人们的日常用电需求不断增加,电厂在该过程中发挥着重要作用。为给人们提供优质的供电,需不断提高电厂工作人员的素质,对他们进行理论知识和专业培训,以此避免供电过程中的各类故障。至今仍有很多电厂在日常教育中,对员工采用传统培训方法,使员工在学习过程中过于被动,培训效果不佳。电厂可结合日常生产和发展背景,将在线学习系统用以电厂教育培训中,根据实际需求,采用正确的方法进行结构设计,提高电厂教育培训质量。
