“订单式”人才培养模式已经成为一种典型的校企合作教育模式。然而,“订单式”人才培养模式过于强调指定企业岗位技能,随着生产技术的快速发展,其适用局限性开始逐步显现。因此,在订单模式下的教育中,如何高效培养学生的职业素养成为高职院校人才培养面临的新课题。本文以湖北交通职业技术学院物流管理专业的订单班学生培养为例,阐述在订单模式下对学生职业素养培养的一些探索和思考。 “Order ” personnel training mode has become a typical school-enterprise cooperation education mode. However, the “order ” personnel training mode is too much emphasis on the designated corporate job skills, with the rapid development of production technology, its application limitations began to gradually appear. Therefore, how to cultivate the students’ professional accomplishment effectively in the education under the order mode has become a new subject faced by the personnel training in higher vocational colleges. In this paper, Hubei Traffic Polytechnic College logistics management professional order class students as an example, elaborated on the order pattern of students’ professional accomplishment of some exploration and thinking.
