尤溪县是国家重点工程——水口水电站库区四县(市)之一,涉及两镇九村。建库以来,大胆改革移民生产安置工作方法,变消极赔偿为积极创业,优选项目、巧集资金,因地制宜地引导移民发展种、养、工、副、商、运等行业。实行安置与创业结合,规划与实施结合,开发与治理结合,取得了显著的社会效益、经济效益和生态效益,走出了一条移民生产安置的成功路子。
Youxi County is one of the four key counties (cities) in the reservoir area of the State Key Project - Shuikou Hydropower Station, involving nine villages and two villages. Since the establishment of the Treasury, we have boldly reformed the methods of resettlement for production and resettlement, changed negative compensation into positive businesses, optimized projects, and set up funds to guide the resettlers to develop industries, raising, engineering, auxiliary, commerce and transportation according to their local conditions. The combination of resettlement and entrepreneurship, the combination of planning and implementation, the combination of development and governance have achieved remarkable social, economic and ecological benefits and have taken a successful approach to resettlement in production.
