文章采用自适应预测编码加熵编码的复合编码方法，对视频信号进行压缩编码。计算机模拟结果表明，压缩比为3.5：1（2.25bits／Pixel）时可获得良好的图像质量，因此，可实现在PCM三次群信道上传输一路彩色电视信号。
The article uses adaptive predictive coding plus entropy coding composite coding method, the video signal compression coding. Computer simulation results show that the compression ratio of 3.5: 1 (2.25bits / Pixel) can get good image quality, therefore, can be achieved in the PCM channel triple channel television transmission of color television signals.
