为了解辣椒花器特征及其相关性,并为选育具有优良花器性状的种源提供参考依据,本研究对81个辣椒品种的8个花器性状(花长,花宽,花药长,花药宽,柱头长,柱头宽,花柱长,柱头外露长度)进行了相关及聚类分析。结果表明:花宽与柱头宽、花柱长与柱头外露长度、花长与花药宽间达到极显著的正偏相关,花药长与柱头长、花宽与花柱长间为极显著的负偏相关;柱头外露长度和柱头长的变异系数最大,分别为:101.11%、43.72%,以上两个性状通过选择育种改良的可能性较大;聚类分析将81份材料分为了五个类群。24号和80号品种柱头外露最长,异交概率高,64号品种柱头外露长度最小,为负值,异交率低,三个品种均具有一定的育种价值。
In order to understand the characteristics of pepper flower and their correlation, and to provide a reference for breeding provenances with excellent flower traits, the characteristics of 8 flower traits of 81 pepper cultivars (flower length, flower width, anther length, anther width, Stigma length, stigma width, style length, stigma exposed length) were related and cluster analysis. The results showed that the flower width and stigma were wide, the length of stigma and the length of stigma exposed, the length of flower and the width of anther were extremely significant positive correlation. The anther length and stigma length, flower width and length of anther were extremely significant negative correlation. The coefficient of variation of stigma exsertion length and stigma length were the largest, which were 101.11% and 43.72%, respectively. The above two traits were more likely to be improved by selection and breeding. Cluster analysis divided 81 materials into five groups. No.26 and No.280 had the highest stigma exsertion, the high probability of outbreeding, the lowest stigma exsertion length of No.64, negative value, low outgrowth rate, all of them had certain breeding value.
