目的：评估激光联合ＩＬ２局部注射治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法：应用强激光、大范围激光气化以及创面基底部ＩＬ２注射联合治疗尖锐湿疣３６例。结果：激光创面４～１５天愈合，３６例均获治愈，随访０．５～２年无复发。结论：此方法不仅能外科性根治尖锐湿疣，且ＩＬ２能增强局部及全身抗ＨＰＶ及抗感染能力，预防尖锐湿疣的复发，同时ＩＬ２还能促进激光创面愈合，瘢痕小，无副作用。
Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of laser combined with IL2 local injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 36 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated with strong laser, large-area laser vaporization and IL2 injection at the base of wound. Results: The laser wound healed 4 to 15 days and 36 cases were cured. No recurrence was observed at 0.5 to 2 years follow-up. Conclusion: This method not only surgical radical genital warts, and IL 2 can enhance local and systemic anti-HPV and anti-infective ability to prevent the recurrence of genital warts, while IL 2 can promote laser wound healing, scar, no side effects .
