应用免疫组织化学方法对83例不同分期的大肠癌及其正常粘膜组织和12例大肠腺瘤进行转移抑制基因nm23表达产物的研究,结果显示:全部大肠正常粘膜均为弱阳性表达,大肠腺瘤虽全部阳性,但弱阳性占75%,而大肠癌的阳性率为91.6%,且其中53%nm23基因产物的表达较其正常粘膜为高;淋巴结转移组的nm23基因产物表达较未转移组为低(P<0.01);nm23基因产物的表达与大肠癌的分化呈正相关(P<0.01),分化好的其表达强,而分化差的其表达弱甚至阴性nm23基因产物的表达与大肠癌患者的预后呈正相关(P<0.05),表达强的,预后较好。综合表明:nm23在大肠癌肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后上有重要的作用。
Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression of metastasis suppressor gene nm23 in 83 cases of colorectal cancer and its normal mucosal tissues and in 12 cases of colorectal adenoma. The results showed that all normal mucosa of the colon were weakly positive and colorectal adenomas were expressed. Although all were positive, weak positives accounted for 75%, and the positive rate of colorectal cancer was 91.6%, and 53% of the nm23 gene product was higher than that of normal mucosa; the expression of nm23 gene product in the lymph node metastasis group was relatively unchanged The group was low (P<0.01); the expression of nm23 gene product was positively correlated with the differentiation of colorectal cancer (P<0.01), well-differentiated and strongly expressed, and poorly-differentiated expression was weak or even negative. The expression was positively correlated with the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer (P<0.05). The expression was strong and the prognosis was good. In summary, nm23 plays an important role in the occurrence, development, metastasis, and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
