对K112、R104等8个籽粒苋品种分不同时期进行了鲜茎叶蛋白质含量分析和叶蛋白提取试验研究。结果表明,籽粒苋属于高蛋白质含量作物,全生育期叶蛋白质含量平均达28.76%(干重比),采穗后茎叶平均蛋白质含量仍可达11.15%,其最佳利用时期(鲜喂)为现蕾期至开花期,其中R104、R1011、K574蛋白质含量较高。籽粒苋叶蛋白提取量现蕾期至开花期达最高,不同品种间差异极显著,K112、R104、R1011为最优。综合分析8个品种叶蛋白提取得率和提取效率,认为叶蛋白提取原料最佳收获期为现蕾期,最佳品种排序为K112、R104、R1011、K574、K459、D88-1、R158、K409。
Eight Kamelles amaranth cultivars such as K112 and R104 were used to study the protein content of fresh stem leaves and leaf protein in different periods. The results showed that amaranth belongs to the high protein content crop, and the average content of leaf protein in the whole growth period reached 28.76% (dry weight ratio). After harvest, the average protein content in stems and leaves could reach 11.15% (Fresh feed) for the bud to flowering stage, of which R104, R1011, K574 protein content higher. The extract of leaf amaranth had the highest budding to flowering stage, and the difference among different varieties was extremely significant. K112, R104 and R1011 were the best. Based on the comprehensive analysis of leaf protein extraction efficiency and extraction efficiency of eight varieties, the best harvest period of leaf protein extract was budding stage. The best varieties were K112, R104, R1011, K574, K459, D88-1, R158 and K409 .
