温度是工业检测的重要物理量。温度传感器是利用材料、元件的温度特性测温的,要求材料只对温度敏感,且重复性好,滞后和时效小,灵敏度和精度高,性能稳定、可靠等。常用的有热电偶、热电阻及集成温度传感器。测量温度的方法和技巧热电偶测温范围广,下限达-270℃,上限达1800℃,热电阻常用的有铂电阻和铜电阻,铂热电阻测温范围为-200~960℃。铜热电阻常用来做-50~150℃范围内的工业用电阻温度计。LM35集成温度传感器测量范围为2~150℃。1.集成温度传感器 Temperature is an important physical quantity for industrial testing.
