1982—1985年连续四年研究结果表明:(1)葡萄白腐病病原菌随植株残体在土壤中越冬,土壤是病原菌整个生长期主要的侵染源。(2)该病原菌能够侵染葡萄幼茎、叶柄、卷须、花序、果梗及果实等绿色组织,5月上旬开始侵染。花序感染率最高,叶柄感染量最大。(3)病原菌在整个生长期中对果穗均能够侵染,田间侵染呈现两个高峰,第一次在5月中、下旬。第二次在7月下旬至采收。(4)田间果实自然发病始于6月中旬。6月中下旬为一次高峰,7月中旬以后发病率与日俱增成为第二次高峰。(5)杀菌剂退菌特、炭疽福美、百菌清均可作夏防药剂,三者比较以百菌清杀菌能力最强,残效期长,效果最佳。五氯酚钠做为铲除剂效果明显,优于石硫合剂。
