企业项目管理是企业领导针对企业经营项目所开展的管理决策,主要是将企业的运作当做参考对项目进行出于长期战略目标的管理。当前随着社会的经济不断发展,市场的竞争越发激烈,因此各企业为了能够保障持久的发展,就需要确立企业长期发展战略目标,以此为基础开展企业管理,以下本文就结合企业项目管理的重要性,提出了基于战略视角的企业项目管理模式,以供参考。
