随着近年来整形美容领域的飞速发展，患者在诊疗过程中逐渐占据主导地位，因此需要可靠有效的数据对患者满意度进行评价。Face-Q量表作为新一代面部整形美容方面的患者自我报告结果评估工具（patient reported outcome measures，PROMs)，具有良好的临床应用前景。该文对Face-Q量表的研制发展过程、量表结构、信效度和反应性及国际研究进展作一概述，以期对该量表的临床应用提供参考。“,”In recent years, with the rapid development of plastic surgery, patients gradually occupy a dominant role in diagnosis and treatment, so reliable and effective data are needed to evaluate patients’ satisfaction. As a new-generation patient report outcome measures (PROMs) , Face-Q scales have a favorable clinical prospect in the application of facial plastic surgery. In this paper, we introduced and summarized Face-Q scales’ development processes, structure, reliability, validity, responsiveness and their international research progress, and we hope to provide reference and guidance for the clinical application of the scales.
